Our evening ritual is:
Daddy gets home from work..
Niko finishes eating his dinner..
Niko and Daddy wrestle and play
while Mommy nurses Nathaniel
Niko starts saying "outside"
Daddy and Mommy hangout and talk about their day
Niko screams for attention..
Nathaniel wants more milk...
Niko screams for attention..
Daddy and Mommy still haven't finished talking about their day..
Niko wants "outside"!!!
Mommy finishes nursing Nathaniel..
Daddy puts on Niko's shoes...
Daddy and Mommy still haven't finished talking about their day..
We are ready to go outside :) :)
Niko is happy..
We start taking our walk!
Daddy and Mommy get a chance to talk about their day and we get a chance to pray together..
such a sweet time!
Niko is happy...
Nathaniel is asleep...
We walk for about a one mile...
Then Niko gets to go on his slide...
Niko is happy..
Yesterday was the first day Niko told Daddy "no" when Daddy went to go catch him at the end of slide. He wanted to go down all by himself! It was so cute to see him fly off the slide! I thought his little bottom would be sore because he lands pretty hard on the ground, but he seemed to not care and continued to do it over and over again.
